By the initiatives of this company, so many workshops and seminars on “the importance of IT “  have been organized in different renowned universities such as ULAB University, Eastern University, United International University , Jahangirnagar University , Sonargoan University , Independent University of Bangladesh, North South University , USTC , CUET, RUET. For motivating and encouraging students, it provided scholarships on various IT training in every seminars and workshops which worth equivalent to BDT 5 million.

Skilled people of Bangladesh have immense opportunity to settle down in USA through H1B visa.  The company has organized many seminars for providing sophisticated and transparent information regarding H1B VISA that they can go and settle down in America .

Peoplentech leaving no stones unturned to bring consciousness about and inform the immense opportunity of IT to students; the company has become a proud sponsor of NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 organized by BASIS. During this event campaign held in almost 100 educational institutions where students were encouraged to innovate and make Apps which could be used for the betterment of mankind. Under this program, the company is providing free training equivalent to 4 million taka.
